We want to get everyone their orders as soon as possible and make our best effort to do so. Orders placed after 12 pm (Mountain Time) Monday - Thursday, will ship the following morning. Orders placed after 11 pm (Mountain Time) on Friday will ship the following Monday. The shipping companies in our town aren't open past noon on Friday. We appreciate your patience.

What’s dimethicone? Why doesn’t TOR use it?
Dimethicone is a counter-productive product chemical used in many skin and hair products. With hair, in particular, dimethicone's chemical structure makes it incredibly difficult to wash out. The conditioner coats the hair and blocks any new moisture from absorbing into the hair itself. While it feels silky after the first wash, it ultimately dries out hair and makes it more difficult to style & manage.
